We have built our track record by enriching repository building for our clients from the developmental sector. Our assignments have been varied and include our engagements with Micronutrient Initiative (MI), New Delhi for a project in West Bengal; and for CARE, Hyderabad for a World Bank Project being implemented in Andhra Pradesh; for APMSS (Andhra Pradesh Mahila Samatha Society), an NGO under GOI and the Department of Forests, AP among others.
Comprehensive Project Implementation document for MI

We developed a comprehensive project report for the Ottawa (Canada)-based Micronutrient Initiative, (MI) which is an international not-for-profit organization. We documented their 8-year experience of a project implemented with three nutritional interventions across the state of West Bengal. The stupendous successes of the pilot interventions have led to the up scaling of the project reach to include the entire state.

The State Implementation Plan (SPIP) for ICDS IV Reform Project

We prepared the State implementation Plan (SIP) for ICDS phase IV with a 5-year perspective to be submitted to the World Bank through Government of India. This assignment was undertaken for the GOI’s developmental partner, CARE, Hyderabad.
About CARE
CARE, the international NGO is the technical partner of the AP State Government Department of Women and Child Development for ICDS Phase IV. CARE stands in solidarity with, and champion’s social justice and dignity for the poor, vulnerable and the most marginalized. They focus on principled positions and purposeful actions that entail empowerment of women and girls.

Project with Department of Forests, AP
We executed an assignment with the Department of Forests, AP, to study the market, the supply demand scenario and recommend the price for the bamboo industrial cuts for the year 2008-09 which will be the selling rate for the department to all the paper mills in the state. The bamboo industrial cuts are used as raw material by the paper industry.

Project with MVenkatarangayya Foundation on ‘Community Involvement in Quality Education’
We developed a report on the “Community Involvement in Quality Education” across a sample of 100 government upper primary schools in rural AP. The study was initiated jointly by the Strategy Performance Innovative Unit (SPIU) of the Department of Education and the Center for Good Governance (CGG) and executed by M V Foundation.

Project with APMSS (Andhra Pradesh Mahila Samatha Society)
We conducted a study to ascertain the causes for early hysterectomy among young married women of select districts of rural Andhra Pradesh with a sample of 1097 women. The data was derived from a custom-built, web-based analysis which offered flexibility for critical
analysis. Our report also contained recommendation for future interventions to be taken
up by the NGO.

About APMSS
Andhra Pradesh Mahila Samatha Society, a GOI undertaking, strives to create an environment for women at their own pace, set their own priorities and seek knowledge and information to make informed choices and bring about a change in women’s perception about themselves and the perception of the society with regard to women’s traditional roles. The main focus is on the centrality of education in empowering women to achieve equality.
Project with Network of Persons with Disabilities Organization (NPdO)
We developed a funding proposal for the organization seeking funds from an overseas funding agency for programmes on Inclusive Education.

Rapporteuring for a joint Project of Unicef and ASCI, Hyderabad on ‘Promoting quality education for tribal children in Andhra Pradesh’.
Reported on four consultative workshops with an objective of designing a strategy for better service delivery to the tribal children of Andhra Pradesh held at Vizag, Warangal, Srisailam and Tirupati.
